S3DAT is an independent product studio founded by Sedat Üstünova. Products are designed, engineered and verified with a crew of AI agents under one human direction.

Sedat sets the direction, designs the products and directs the agents. He connects the idea to the details, asks the difficult questions and makes the final calls. Every product carries that human judgment.

How we work / 01—04

An idea needs
a discipline.

A loop, not a hand-off. Direction travels out. Evidence comes back.

Direct

Start with a point of view.

Define the feeling, the purpose and the boundaries before the work begins. Human direction turns an open question into a clear brief. The final judgment stays with the founder.

Orchestrate

Give each lane room to work.

AI agents work in focused lanes, with explicit ownership and shared specifications. Design, engineering and testing move together. Clear boundaries keep the parts coherent.

Verify

Make the work prove itself.

A claim is not a result. We inspect the implementation, run the checks and use real browsers to see how it behaves. Work is accepted against evidence, not confidence.

Remember

Keep the source, not just the story.

S3 Brain keeps source-backed decisions, observations and open work in shared memory. Proposals stay distinct from accepted decisions. When the direction changes, the record changes with it.

What we stand by

The details are the principle.

  1. Honesty over hype.

    We never claim what is not built, and we name what is still taking shape.

  2. Craft lives in the details.

    The spacing, the words and the last interaction deserve the same care as the idea.

  3. Throughput is artificial. Judgment is human.

    Agents do the work at scale; a person owns its direction and consequences.

  4. Evidence over assertion.

    Every result should survive inspection, a test and a real-world encounter.

  5. Alive, and respectful.

    Products should reward attention, respect privacy and earn trust without manipulation.

How this website
was made.

Designed and engineered from scratch in October 2026.

Direction by S3DAT. An AI manager, Claude, set the creative direction, wrote the specifications and reviewed the work. Parallel Codex worker lanes built the foundation, the pages and the tests. Every result was verified in real browsers before it was accepted. Decisions were remembered by S3 Brain.
